Second In Line are one of Berkshire’s fastest rising punk band’s and one of the best live bands around. Their unique blend of skate punk and general fun live shows have been getting them a lot of notice, both on the live scene and in the UK punk scene.

Described by Unsigned Showcase Magazine as “tight, with funny lyrics and destined to be one of Berkshire’s finest live punk bands”. And described as “Bad Religion meets the Buzzcocks with more mouth than NoFx”.

The band have only been in existence since July 2002, but have already clocked up some impressive shows and are working very hard indeed. Having played with the likes of Stiff Little Fingers, Anti Flag, UK Subs, Vice Squad, Not Katies, Phinius Gage, 5 Cent Deposit, Even In Blackouts (ex-Screeching Weasel), Farse, Conflict, Blaggers ITA, Subhumans, Grebo and loads more. They have also played such prestigious venues such as the Forum and the Garage in London.

Second In Line have recorded a few demos in preparation for recording their album early 2007. They also had their cover of “Being Around” put on a Lemonheads tribute CD. Second In Line quite simply play skate punk – UK style!
